2010 Paul Porter Scholarship Applications Available
The Paul Porter Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the memory
of the former NCGA and Poppy Holding CEO. The scholarship provides
$5,000 in financial assistance to a deserving youth who will attend a
four-year college or university. The award is both merit-based and
need-based.
